The Emaar mall connects directly to the hotel and it includes luxury shopping and dining options. The staff provided bandages and medication, helpful. The housekeeping team was friendly and accommodated all our needs. The concierge assisted with our requests.

I was asked twice to pay for the same parking ticket, an administrative inconvenience.

The breakfast was tasteful. There were various food choices. The service was really good. Every detail was handled with care and professionalism. I extend a heartfelt thank you to the team. Their attentiveness and efficiency made all the difference.

I found the staff to be unprofessional and inconsistent. I was asked twice to pay for the same parking ticket. Other guests were paying significantly less for similar accommodations. The experience felt poorly managed.

The room was loaded with high tech light switches! there was also temp control and i appreciated that. a tablet by the bedside controlled everything. It was convenient. staff made the bed, laid towels at your bed side and left a platter of chocolates.

I paid more for club facilities. These were closed? we were placed in the business centre, but it was very poor indeed.

The location was perfect though the parking was expensive.

I found it frustrating the staff could only provide two bottles of water daily. I was staying with family, including a child, so naturally, we needed more water. This policy seemed unreasonable. Denying guests adequate water is not just inconvenient, it reflects poorly on hospitality standards.
